American Specialty Glass does not accept returns unless prior approval is explicitly granted by ASG.

Approved Returns Terms
If a return is approved by ASG, the following conditions apply:
- Condition: All returned glass must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Timeframe: No refunds will be issued for product after 30 days from your original receipt of the shipment.
- Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be assessed to all returned orders.
- Shipping & Tracking: You must get confirmation service on the package back to ensure we receive the product. American Specialty Glass is not responsible for any packages lost by the shipping company during transit.
- Shipping Costs: American Specialty Glass will not reimburse the cost of any shipping-related fees involved in getting the glass product to the client or back from the client. These fees are to be paid solely by the customer.
